How can we meet the challenges of living in today’s world with a sense of resilience and hope? 2020 has unfolded in series of converging crises, leaving many of us feeling overwhelmed, in grief and uncertainty about both the present and the future. This webinar class is designed to support participants in cultivating the skills to stay centered during times of turmoil and to enhance resilience as we connect in community.
This webinar class will include:
* Yoga movement, breath and meditation practices to cultivate resilience.
* Guided inquiry and discussion of our current “predicament” and how we wish to move into the future.
