MINDFULNESS HIKE & YOGA

For adults aged 18 and older

Date:           August 12, 2020

Location:     County Farm Park - meet at Medford Rd. Pavilion

Enjoy 15 minutes of gentle yoga, followed by silent forest bathing and mindfulness hiking, ending with a guided meditation. Co-Led by Parks Naturalist Elle Bogle and Julie Woodward, Co-founder of Mindful City Ann Arbor. Please bring a water bottle, bug spray, and a mask. This hike is limited to 10 people and registration is required.  Email boglee@washtenaw.org to register.

Since June of 2015 Mindful City Ann Arbor, The Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness and The Ark have collaborated to offer a weekly 1/2 hour sit. Free of charge and open to the public, this sit has no religious affiliation and is led by experienced meditation instructors. No experience necessary. During The Ark's closure because of the Coronavirus precautions we will offer the sessions via video, on the Zoom platform. Link below.  More info here.
