River Mindfulness Hike

Immerse yourself in the lullaby of the Huron River and the late summer beauty of the woods that border it. We will enjoy a guided meditation along with the hike. Co-led by parks naturalist Elle Bogle and Julie Woodward of Mindful City Ann Arbor. Please bring a water bottle, bug spray, and a mask. This hike is limited to 10 people and pre-registration is required. Email boglee@washtenaw.org to register for this program.

Free of charge and open to the public, this sit has no religious affiliation and is led by experienced meditation instructors. No experience necessary.
